Official Cold Jet dealer Netherlands
You are considering a Cold Jet dry ice blasting machine. The choice between an official dealer or a parallel import shapes your service, warranty and parts supply for years. That difference is larger than many buyers assume up front.
ColdBlast is the official Cold Jet dealer in the Netherlands (read more about our company). This article explains what that means in practice for your purchase, how it differs from the alternatives, and what support you receive during installation, maintenance and operator training.

What “official Cold Jet dealer” means
Cold Jet (United States) sells dry ice blasting machines in Europe through a network of authorized dealers. Each dealer has a direct contractual relationship with the manufacturer. That gives you access to original parts, factory-trained engineers and the official Cold Jet factory warranty.
Parallel imports, marketplace sales and second-hand vendors without a dealership sit outside this network. Parts, warranty and service then depend on the seller and are not backed by Cold Jet. For an investment that has to last years, that is a trade-off to weigh up front.
Official versus alternative
The practical differences are concrete. They show up in the service ticket five years after purchase.
| Aspect | Official dealer (ColdBlast) | Second-hand or parallel import |
|---|---|---|
| Warranty | Cold Jet factory warranty | None or limited; depends on the seller |
| Parts | Original through the factory channel | Often generic alternatives |
| Service engineers | Factory-trained by Cold Jet | Variable; no certification required |
| Software updates | Direct via Cold Jet CONNECT® | Not guaranteed |
| Training | Official Cold Jet training program | Seller-specific if available |
| Lease options | Through an authorized leasing partner | Rarely available |
| Escalation path | Direct contact with Cold Jet USA through the dealer | No escalation path |

What is the difference between a Cold Jet machine through ColdBlast and through a second-hand seller?
Through ColdBlast you receive the factory warranty, original parts and factory-trained service. Second-hand sellers often cannot offer any of those three. For an investment starting at 15,000 euros, that makes a real difference over the lifetime of the machine.
How can I confirm that ColdBlast is an official Cold Jet dealer?
Cold Jet lists its authorized dealers on its official website. ColdBlast is listed there as the Dutch distributor. You can also verify this directly by calling Cold Jet USA.
What if my Cold Jet machine was not bought through ColdBlast?
We also provide service and support on Cold Jet machines purchased elsewhere. Our factory-trained engineers know every model. You can request a service contract for preventive maintenance.
Does ColdBlast also supply Belgium or Germany?
Our formal dealership covers the Netherlands. For Belgium and Germany we refer you to the authorized dealers in those countries. We are happy to point you to the right contact.
Can I order parts separately through ColdBlast?
Yes, we supply original Cold Jet parts. Service contract holders receive parts within 24 hours; other customers receive them within a few working days, depending on stock.
